Confirmed: Apple switches to Intel

Steve’s keynote at WWDC confirms that Apple is moving to using Intel CPUs. He demonstrated OS X on an Intel-based machine. Someone at Engadget has taken notes on the keynote address. Apple has issued a press release to that effect.
