Overheard on the bus

I was riding the bus from campus to downton this evening, when I heard this bit of conversation

A: So, I was in prison.
B: Yeah? Which one?
A: [something]
B: Yeah, I’ve been in prison, too.
A: Yeah. I was in solitary, too, a couple times.
B: Really? I’ve never been in solitary. What other prisons have you been in?
A: [something something]
